The Samurai Folding Zords[]
The Samurai Rangers' individual Zords are called FoldingZords, as they fold out from an Emblem Form into a small animal form. To pilot them, the Rangers write the kanji for "super" (超 chō) to enlarge them while the process transforms the Ranger into Mega Mode.
The Samurai Artillery Zords[]
To summon the Artillery Zords, the rangers use its respective Samurai Disk. When a Ranger is in Super Mega Mode, they can call out all the Zords necessary for a Megazord combination without the other Rangers.
List of Zords[]
- Lion Folding Zord : The Red Samurai Ranger's Zord that resembles an origami lion. It is usually stored as a handheld device in a pentagonal emblem mode with the symbol for fire '火'. On its own it can perform flamebird like attacks. It attacks with the Pentagonal Fury, covering its body in fire and launch at the enemy.
- Dragon Folding Zord : The Blue Samurai Ranger's Zord that resembles an origami Chinese dragon. It is usually stored as a handheld device in a hexagonal emblem mode with the symbol for water '水'. On its own it can spew blue fire as an attack.
- Turtle Folding Zord : The Pink Samurai Ranger's Zord that resembles an origami turtle. It is usually stored as a handheld device in a circular emblem mode with the symbol for sky '天'. The Dragon FoldingZord is capable of throwing the Turtle Zord as an attack.
- Bear Folding Zord : The Green Samurai Ranger's Zord that resembles an origami bear. It is usually stored as a handheld device in a square emblem mode with the symbol for wood '木'. It rears up on its hind legs to maul enemies.
- Ape Folding Zord : The Yellow Samurai Ranger's Zord that resembles an origami ape. It is usually stored as a handheld device in a triangular emblem mode with the symbol for earth '土'. It can pounces enemies with its fists.

- Beetle Blaster Zord : the Green Samurai Ranger's second Zord and resembles an orange Hercules Beetle. It is armed with cannons that launch powerful laser blasts for long-range combat, while its rotating pincers are used to knock over giant Nighloks.
- Marlin Fencer Zord : the Blue Samurai Ranger's second Zord, and resembles a cyan Swordfish. It can fire torpedoes from its back, as well as be used as a sword.
- Tiger Drill Zord : the Red Ranger's second Zord, and resembles a White Tiger. It has has the ability to burrow underground and create chasms.
- Octo Spear Zord : the Gold Samurai Ranger's Zord that resembles a squid (though incorrectly referred to as an octopus). It has a special ink that can hit invisible enemies to make them visible.

- Samurai Claw Zord : the Gold Samurai Ranger's second Zord which is a Lobster. Like the rest of the Zords, it appears to have some sort of animalistic intelligence. It has great strenght, can maul its enemies by jabbing them multiple times in the torso with its pincer claws, can charge red energy into its pincer claws to generate massive red energy disks to throw at the enemies, can prep itself and charge up with multi-colored energy, before flying off the ground and slamming through enemies, can transform into a Megazord-like mode called the Claw Battlezord.
Samurai Claw Zord
- Samurai Bull Zord : a massive red bull-like Zord that dragged a black cart behind it and served as the final Zord gained by the Samurai Rangers. The Samurai Bull Zord is summoned by the BullZord Disc and can move at insane speeds. It has cannons mounted on its shoulders to bombard its enemies and its horns can be used to buck the enemy into the air and away. The Samurai Megazord could ride atop of the cart with the Zord still pulling it, allowing for a raised attack.

- Shark Attack Zord : the Red Samurai Ranger's third Zord that resembles a shark. Its attack involving stretching its sharp neck and head to bite and slash foes.
- Samurai Light Zord : a miniature attack Zord owned by Antonio. He is normally in the form of the Power Disc-shooting lantern. When the LightZord is in use, the Gold Ranger wields a blade which he uses as a weapon. When the LightZord's own Mega Mode is activated via the Samurai Morpher, it transforms into the Light Megazord.

- Scorpion Shadow Zord : a scorpion zord owned by Deker. It can maul its enemies by jabbing them multiple times in the torso with its pincer claws and shoot venom from its tail
