Young Love is the twentieth episode of Power Rangers Robo Force. This episode features a deeper insight into the new and more romantic side of Luke and Danny's relationship as well as the first appearance of Danny's father, Jessie and the debut of the Ranger Gear for a currently unadapted Sentai team.
Synopsis
Love is definitely in the air this week as the "International Day of Romance" (Valentine's Day) is here but Luke is feeling rather nervous as he plans to ask Danny out on a date to the local amusement park but he doesn't know what to say to him so he calls his friend's dad for some advice to which the old man says "Just follow your heart, Luke and I'm sure that everything will work out just fine!".
Meanwhile, Rex and the other rangers encounter a Robo-Beast simply named Cupid who has the power to make everyone within a 15km radius of him fall in love with the first person or object they see as things get pretty strange really quickly as our heroes start to fall in love with... EACH OTHER?!

Notes
- This episode would've been the first time in main series history where we see a same sex relationship being shown on screen if it wasn't for the Dino Fury episode, The Matchmaker where it showed Green Ranger Izzy holding hands with her athletics rival at the end. Although Luke and Danny do hold the record of showing the first actual onscreen kiss in Power Rangers since Tommy and Kimberly in the MMPR Season 1 episode, The Green Candle (Part 2).
- This episode confirms that both formations of the Robo Force Megazord can be used without needing Luke to form the combination. This is also the first episode in the series where Luke doesn't appear morphed and the first episode to feature all 3 Megazords fighting alongside each other.
- At the end of this episodes live premiere on Netflix, fans were treated to a special presentation on the Hasbro Pulse Youtube channel where Power Rangers show runner, Simon Bennett announced that a spin-off to Robo Force was indeed in the works.
- When the Rangers used the gear for the unknown team, everyone re-enacts the infamous ending of the final episode of the Sentai team the gear is based on.
