Yoshinori Ito (伊藤 義則 Itō Yoshinori?) is Ryuken Blue (リュウケンブルー Ryuuken Burū?), the Blue Ranger of the Ryukengers.

Personality[]
Yoshinori seems kind and quiet on the outside, he is a heroic man who cares for the welfare, lives, and safety of other innocent people. However, underneath all this is someone who often fights against his own inner conflicts within himself, which is presented as his greatest flaw. He is unable to be open with them, always attempting to resolve them on his own. This tendency would change after a heart-to-heart with his friends, who advises him to trust in his friends and don't solve anything on his own.

Portrayal[]
Yoshinori Ito is portrayed by Hiroki Matsumoto (松本 大輝 Matsumoto Hiroki?), who was later portrayed as Asumi Kanata/Ultraman Decker in Ultraman Decker. As Ryuken Blue, his suit actor is Masato Tsutamune (蔦宗正人 Tsutamune Masato?), who previously served as suit actor for Kiramai Yellow and Zenkai Gaon.
Dub names[]
In the Korean dub of Ryukenger entitled Power Rangers Holy Force, which aired in South Korea, his name is Kim Jae-hwan, voiced by TBA while his Ranger designation is Blue Holy Ranger.
