When Willis attempted to scan the game data from his Data Node Animal video game, he came across game files for a Stratosphere Eco-Zone. In doing so he awakened the Condor avatar who gave him its Secret Power Cube, turning him into the Purple Ranger to fight the vicious Encryptids.
