Voya is the Mystic Surge Ranger, the Pink Ranger of the Gear Surge Rangers in Power Rangers Gear Surge. She is the fourth Gear Surge Ranger to join the team.

- Mechanoid Physiology: As a robotic being, Voya displays the following abilities:
- Poisonous Spore Immunity: All Mechanoids are completely unaffected by the poisonous spores produced by Shroom Topian's mushrooms, which caused shortness of breath in organic lifeforms.
- LED Lights: Voya's skirt comes with light green LED lights, which allow her to see in the dark when activated.
- Fortune Telling: With the crystal ball she carries everywhere, Voya can perform fortune telling to lead her to her or the Gear Surge Rangers' next goal. While very prone to failure, at moments it has shown to be handy such as by finding Juran and hinting the Gear Surge Rangers to the final Gear Surge Ranger. Even then, the response is either only partially correct or vague.

While all of the core Rangers excel at gunmanship, the Mystic Surge Ranger focuses on strategic combat, using the Mystic Surge Wand to perform weaponized elaborate magic tricks. The weapon also serves to bludgeon opponents or zap them with pink lightning bolts, though in addition to this, it can manifest solid illusions (such as a clone of herself or a disguise) that can interact effectively with the enemy. She can also ride the Mystic Surge Wand like a witch's broom, as demonstrated in episode 8.

By switching her Surge Gear to its Surge Side, the Mystic Surge Ranger grows larger, allowing her to fight the Topibots. The Mystic Surge Ranger can transform into her zord form, the Dragon Titan Zord. In this form, the Mystic Surge Ranger can combine as the right half of any standard Surge Megazord combination (with her wings being mounted behind the shoulders), but with the Ultra Gear Cannon forms the right leg of the Gear Surge Ultrazord (with her wings becoming shoulderpads).

- Like the other non-human members of the Gear Surge Rangers, the first letter of Voya's name matches with the corresponding colored ranger from the series she is based on. In her case, it's Vida from Power Rangers Mystic Force.
