Victor Vincent, is the top athlete at summer cove highschool. His best friends Monty Adams (later boyfriend) and later Kang Sae-Byeok. He was kidnapped by Madame Odius to get the Nexus to Prism. In this process his became Ninja Steel Black Ranger, but thank to relationship Sae-Byeok and Monty's life in danger, he joins rangers.
