The Uni-Voyagers (also known as just Voyagers) are the personal zords of the Star Battleforce Rangers. Each primary Uni-Voyager (with several exceptions) can form either an arm or a leg for the Voyager Squad Megazord and an arm for the Drago Pride Megazord, allowing a multitude of different formations.

Uni-Voyagers are zords manufactured by Star Battleforce that run on technology designed around Sector Keys.
The vast majority of Uni-Voyagers run on a Megazord Customisation system which applies to the Voyager Squad and Drago Pride Megazords, which means they can either form an arm or a leg for either the Voyager Squad Megazord or the Drago Pride Megazord. There are a handful of Voyagers, however, like Aquilla Voyager 8 and Dorado Voyager 9, which are unable to form the legs of a megazord.

Leo Voyager 1[]

The Leo Voyager 1 is Ranger Series Red's Uni-Voyager zord, a Leo Sector space cruiser. The largest of the 9 main Uni-Voyager, Leo Voyager 1 is armed with missile launchers behind its claws and a beam cannon in its mouth. In the event the Star Battleforce Rangers need to evacuate from a battle, a ventral cargo bay enables Leo Voyager to pick them up and flee with them. Forms the body and head of the Voyager Squad Megazord in all of its combinations.

Scorpio Voyager 2[]

The Scorpio Voyager 2 is Ranger Series Orange's Uni-Voyager zord, a Scorpio Sector multi-legged tank walker. Scorpio Voyager 2 is able to burrow underground and uses its claws and stinger for melee combat. The stinger can also fire a powerful energy beam. Forms the right arm of the Voyager Squad Megazord in its secondary combination and left arm and right/left leg in its alternate combinations.
As an arm, the Voyager Squad Megazord can use its stinger as a laser cannon or a blade.

Lupus Voyager 3[]

The Lupus Voyager 3 is Ranger Series Blue's Uni-Voyager zord, a Lupus Sector cyborg beast which can fire an energy beam from its mouth and slash with its claws. It forms the left leg of the Voyager Squad Megazord in its default combination and the right/left arm and right leg in its alternate combinations.
As a leg, it allows the Voyager Squad Megazord to perform a slashing spinning heel kick.

Libra Voyager 4[]

The Libra Voyager 4 is Ranger Series Gold's Uni-Voyager zord, a Libra Sector humanoid robot fighter who can use its disk like hands as either shields or buzz saws. Forms the left leg of the Voyager Squad Megazord in its secondary combination and right/left arm and right leg in its alternate combination. When first summoned, it assumes the form of the Libra scales and then a humanoid form when joined with the Sector Key.
Libra Voyager 4 can also perform a team attack with Ophiuchi Voyager 6 called the Serbian Spark where the Sector Keys are rotated forward and energy beams are fired from both keys for an attack.
As an arm, the Voyager Squad Megazord can use Libra Voyager's disks as either shields or buzz saws. It can also use them in the Voyager Squad - European Strike finisher where it launches the disks like a razor sharp yo-yo to obliterate the opponent. As a leg, the disks can be used as wheels to allow the megazord to perform a dashing attack.

Taurus Voyager 5[]

The Taurus Voyager 5 is Ranger Series Black's Uni-Voyager zord, a Taurus Sector battle tank which can use its horns to either fire a spiralling energy beam or to perform a powerful ramming attack. Forms the right leg of the Voyager Squad Megazord in its default combination and left/right arm and left leg in its alternate combinations.
As a leg, its treads allows the Voyager Squad Megazord to perform a charging attack. As an arm, the megazord can use it as an arm cannon.

Ophiuchi Voyager 6[]

The Ophiuchi Voyager 6 is Ranger Series Silver's Uni-Voyager zord, a Ophiuchius Sector humanoid robot fighter. Forms the right leg of the Voyager Squad Megazord in its secondary combination and right/left arm and left leg in its alternate combinations. When first summoned it assumes the form of a serpent's head and then a humanoid form after attaching the Sector Key.
Ophiuchi Voyager 6 uses the fangs mounted on its feet and hands as blades and can also perform a team attack with Libra Voyager 4 called the Serbian Spark where the Sector Keys are rotated forward and a dual energy beam is fired from them at the opponent.
As an arm, the serpent head can be launched out on an extendable neck to bite/grab an opponent and throw them into the air. As a leg, the Ophiuchi Voyager does bladed kicks like Lupus Voyager 3.

Chameleon Voyager 7[]

The Chameleon Voyager 7 is Ranger Series Green's Uni-Voyager zord, a Chameleon Sector space hover. Chameleon Voyager 7 is armed with an extendable tongue which it uses to bind and crush Arkeyan starfighters. Forms the left arm of the Voyager Squad Megazord in its default combination and right arm and right/left leg in its alternate combinations.
As either an arm or leg, the Voyager Squad Megazord can use Chameleon Voyager's tongue as a grappling wire to snag or trip the opponent. When its used as an arm, the wire can also be used a form of whip. Although the wire can be cut, it seems to be repairable.

Aquilla Voyager 8[]

The Aquilla Voyager 8 is Ranger Series Pink's Uni-Voyager zord, a Aquila Sector aircraft modelled after an eagle. Aquilla Voyager is equipped with a pair of bladed wings and can fire an energy beam from its beak. Forms the left arm of the Voyager Squad Megazord in its secondary combination and right arm and right/left leg in its alternate combination.
As an arm, the Aquilla Voyager's wings act as a pair of blades and a bow for the finishers. If Aquilla Voyager were to become a leg, it can do a bladed kick like Lupus Voyager 3.
In rare circumstances, the Aquilla Voyager can be equipped to the back of the megazord to form a pair of wings and enable flight. It is the only known instance of the Voyager Squad Megazord using six Uni-Voyagers rather than the usual five.

Dorado Voyager 9[]

The Dorado Voyager 9 is Ranger Series Yellow's Uni-Voyager zord, a Dorado Sector space submarine which uses its razor sharp bill to slash through Arkeyan starfighters The bill can also fire a laser beam from its tip. Forms the right arm of the Voyager Squad Megazord in its default combination and left arm and right/left leg in its alternate combinations.
As an arm, Dorado Voyager 9 acts as the Voyager Squad Megazord or Drago Pride Megazord's sword. If Dorado Voyager were to become a leg, it might be able to pierce through the opponent's bottom limbs.

Ursa Voyager 11[]

The Ursa Voyager 11 is Ranger Series Aqua's Uni-Voyager zord, combined from the U. Minor Voyager 11.1 and the U. Major Voyager 11.2.
If it were to become leg, it can use its wheels for a charge attack like Taurus Voyager 5.

U. Minor Voyager 11.1[]
The U. Minor Voyager 11.1 is Ranger Series Aqua's auxiliary Uni-Voyager zord, a Ursa Minor Sector one-wheeled rover. It is capable of detaching itself from the U. Major Voyager 11.2, acting as a projectile and produces powerful cutting attacks from its wheel. Additionally, it can act on its own and store a person in its Sector Key-like compartment. It forms part of the right arm of the Drago Pride Megazord.

The U. Major Voyager 11.2 is Ranger Series Aqua's main Uni-Voyager zord, a Ursa Major Sector exploration rover. It forms the majority of the right arm of the Drago Pride Megazord.

The Voyager Squad Megazord is the primary megazord of the Star Battleforce Rangers. It is formed by combining Leo Voyager 1 and a selection of four other Uni-Voyagers, with the powers and abilities varying with every configuration.
Voyager Squad Megazord 13579[]
The default combination of the Voyager Squad Megazord is classified as 13579.
- The first combination, also known as the primary combination, features Dorado Voyager 9 as the right arm, Chameleon Voyager 7 as the left arm, Taurus Voyager 5 as the right leg and Lupus Voyager 3 as the left leg. In this combination; the megazord uses the Dorado Voyager's blade as a sword, Chameleon Voyager's tongue as a grappling wire, can perform a charge attack using Taurus Voyager's treads, and deliver a spinning heel kick with the Lupus Voyager.
- This combination has two finishers:
- Universal Slash: The Voyager Squad Megazord gathers energy from the five Uni-Spheres and slashes with the Dorado Voyager's blade accompanied by a barrage of flaming meteors.
- Universal Double Blast: The Voyager Squad Megazord delivers a powerful blast attack alongside another Voyager Squad Megazord (Formation 1-2-4-6-8).
- This combination has two finishers:

Voyager Squad Megazord 13456[]
This alternate combination, classified 13456, features Ophiuchi Voyager 6 as the right arm, Libra Voyager 4 as the left arm, Taurus Voyager 5 as the right leg and Lupus Voyager 3 as the left leg.
In this combination, the Voyager Squad Megazord can use Libra Voyager's disks as either shields or buzz saws or launch Ophiuchi Voyager's snake head on an extendable neck to bite/grasp an opponent and lift them into the sky.
Its finisher is the Universal Euro Strike, where it performs a yo-yo attack with the Libra Voyager's disk.
This combination is exclusive to Universe Episode 3.
Voyager Squad Megazord 13679[]

Its finisher is the Universal Meteor Slash where the blade of Dorado Voyager 9 gathers energy from the Uni-Spheres and delivers three slashes accompanied by a barrage of flaming meteors.

Voyager Squad Megazord 13589[]
This alternate combination, classified 13589, features Dorado Voyager 9 as the right arm, Aquilla Voyager 8 as the left arm, Taurus Voyager 5 as the right leg and Lupus Voyager 3 as the left leg.
In this combination, the Voyager Squad Megazord can use Aquilla Voyager's wings as blades.
Its finisher the Universal Arrow Blast, where the blade of the Dorado Voyager manifests an energy arrow while the Aquilla Voyager's wings serve as a bow to shoot it at the opponent.
This combination is exclusive to Universe Episode 5.
The colors for this formation are the same as the colors of Mighty Morphin, In Space, Operation Overdrive, and Megaforce ranger teams.
Voyager Squad Megazord 14689[]
This alternate combination, classified 14689, features Dorado Voyager 9 as the right arm, Aquilla Voyager 8 as the left arm, Ophiuchi Voyager 6 as the right leg and Libra Voyager 4 as the left leg.
In this combination, the Voyager Squad Megazord can slash an opponent with Dorado Voyager's blade and Aquilla Voyager's wings as well as perform a flip kick with Ophiuchi and Libra Voyager.
Its finisher is the Universal Rapid Strike, where the Megazord jumps into the sky and launches Ophiuchi Voyager's snake head and Libra Voyager's disks to simultaneously bite and buzzsaw the opponent.
Voyager Squad Megazord 12357[]
This alternate combination, classified 12357, features Scorpio Voyager 2 as the right arm, Taurus Voyager 5 as the left arm, Chameleon Voyager 7 as the right leg and Lupus Voyager 3 as the left leg. In this combination, the Voyager Squad Megazord can deliver powerful energy blasts from the Scorpio and Taurus Uni-Voyagers.
This is the first configuration to use the Universal Union Blast finisher, where the other four Uni-Voyagers join in and all nine fire a barrage of energy beams capable of destroying a Arkeyan Satellite Towers several times larger than the megazord itself.
This combination is exclusive to Universe Episode 6.
Voyager Squad Megazord 12467[]
