History
The Ultra Gear Cannon was designed by Charles and Aisha Robinson before the two of them were captured by the Gearror Dynasty and placed into stasis. Following Aisha's escape, Xiana began digging through Charles' mind, though while he found very little remaining information he gathered enough to create Jiphan and the Ultra Gear Cannon. Although it put up a good fight, Jiphan would lose the weapon to its original intended user, and retreated empty-handed after the Gear Surge Rangers destroyed Persim Topian.
Ultra Gear Jet Zord
The Ultra Gear Jet Zord is the eagle-like jet mode of the Ultra Gear Cannon. To initiate the transformation, the user holds the trigger. It forms the body, knees, and head of the Gear Surge Ultrazord, as well as the base of the Ultra Gear Saber. The finishing move is called the Ultra Gear Blast, where the Ultra Gear Jet Zord fires colored lightning from the nosecone and front edges of the wings.

- Much like Victory Siren X Ultrazord, the Gear Surge Ultrazord does not have its own costume, being seen in CGI.

- Each category on the central gear of the Ultra Gear Cannon represent the type of motifs and powers that were used by respective Power Ranger Teams. The sound of each category in the cannon when activated is the same of their respective Surge Gears when used with the Gatling Surge Morpher.
