Troy Burrows is Megaforce Red, the Red Ranger & the main protagonist of Power Rangers Megaforce & Power Rangers Super Megaforce. He is the leader of the Mega Rangers.
He later returns in Power Rangers Mecha Force, where he serves as the mentor to the Mecha Force Rangers. He later becomes Mecha Force Gold, the Sixth Ranger of the Mecha Force Rangers.

Personality[]
Troy is a born leader, though he may not know it yet. His tough upbringing made him responsible & focused, & it shows in his incredible martial arts skills. As the new kid in town, he's kind of a loner at the start, but makes fast friends when he joins up with the Megaforce Rangers. Troy is compassionate & loyal, & a true champion of the underdog. But mess with the Red Ranger's friends, & they are in for a fierce fight with him & his Dragon Zord. Additionally, Troy has a strong faith in humanity & believes that if they work together, they can do anything. He also will not initiate a fight unless it's absolutely necessary, as shown in his first encounter with Creepox, a general of the Warstar Insectoid aliens.
Troy is also known for being one of the more serious Rangers to appear in the series, & while having a sense of humor occasionally. He (much like the Lunar Wolf Ranger from Power Rangers Wild Force previously) is always sharp in battle & will stop at nothing to destroy the Armada & save the world.
He became close to Robo Knight, spending all his free time looking for him shortly after the Armada arrived. During the final battle with Vrak, who had corrupted Robo Knight, Troy let out a rage-filled battle cry in his friend's honor, slaying Vrak for good.
While still unmorphed & living a normal life, Troy is usually very quiet, far more than his friends who talk often. He'll say things here & there, but only when they are necessary. He tends to talk the most when a threat is looming, & while he's leading. Troy also speaks in a calm & collective manner, & doesn't display a lot of emotion. He also seems to enjoy practicing martial arts, as seen when he trains with his friends, & in the first episode when he tries to kick a drink bottle before being teleported to the command center.

As Megaforce Red, he has a Dragon motif. He pilots the Gosei Dragon Mechazord. Red Ranger's main weapon is a sword called the Dragon Sword that resembles Dragon Mechazord's tail. He uses Power Cards with his Gosei Morpher.

As Mecha Force Gold, Troy has a very flashy fighting style. He opts to perform cartwheels & flashy maneuvers in hand-to-hand combat, along with gunplay with his Morpher's Gun Form. He will also use dirty tactics such as shooting his enemy in the back as long as it benefits him.

Legendary Zeo Mode is Mecha Force Gold's Zeo-based form.
In this form, Mecha Force Gold fights in close-quarters combat with his fists & legs, delivering rapid powerful punches, chops, & kicks to his opponent.

- TBA: After initiating the finisher with his Morpher, a small portal appears before Mecha Force Gold. He then punches through the portal, which translates to a portal above the enemy, causing a giant version of Mecha Force Gold's fist to crush the opponent.
Mecha Force Gold: Legendary Samurai Mode
Legendary Samurai Mode is Mecha Force Gold's (Super) Samurai-based form.
In this form Mecha Force Gold relies on his Morpher's Sword Form as a weapon. He uses patient swordsmanship that is based on the Red Samurai Ranger's, forcing opponents back with the tip of his sword & blocking attacks by placing his Morpher's blade parallel to his back.
Since he is inspired by the Red Samurai Ranger, Mecha Force Gold can also set his Morpher's blade on fire for attacks.

In contrast with Mecha Force White's bulky Dragon Armor, Mecha Force Gold gains enhanced speed & strength, being able to dash towards the enemy & perform several slashes with the Morpher in a short span of time.

- TBA: Mecha Force Gold generates energy through the Q-Rex chest plate, which turns into an energy manifestation of a Ranger Gear, turning into a rotational energy wave & manifesting red energy missiles. Mecha Force Gold then executes a swiping uppercut with his Morpher, launching the energy missiles at the target, destroying it upon impact.
Mecha Force Gold assumes Micro Quantum Mode to combine with Mecha Force White into the Quantum Dragonzord, & form the head & chest armor of the Super Quantum Megazord.

The Megaforce Red Ranger Key.
The Megaforce Red Ranger Key is one of Troy's personal Ranger Keys. This key along with the majority of the Core Ranger Keys are seen lining the Command Center's interior walls. This key is mainly used by Troy Burrows (Super Megaforce Red). Although it hasn’t been seen being used, it has been seen in the toyline.

The Super Megaforce Red Ranger Key is one of Troy's personal Ranger Keys which allows him to morph into Super Megaforce Red. As with the other Super Megaforce Ranger Keys, this key is commonly used in the Super Mega Rangers' Ranger Key-compatible arsenal and zords for different functions and attacks.
Megaforce Dino Charger
Megaforce Red is one of the Rangers that represent the Mega Rangers for the Megaforce Dino Charger, released as part of a special set of Dino Charger Power Packs. In Megaforce's case, it featured Megaforce Red, Robo Knight, the Gosei Great Megazord, and the Megaforce title. This Charger was paired with the MMPR Dino Charger.
Super Megaforce Dino Charger
Super Megaforce Red is one of the Rangers that represent the Super Mega Rangers for the Super Megaforce Dino Charger, released as part of a special set of Dino Charger Power Packs. In Super Megaforce's case, it featured Super Megaforce Red, Super Megaforce Silver, the Legendary Megazord, and the Super Megaforce title. This Charger was paired with the MMAR Dino Charger.
The Megaforce Red Ninja Power Star is a special Ninja Power Star that bears the likeness of Megaforce Red and is marked with the kanji for "red". This will be a part of the upcoming Ninja Steel toyline and it's currently unknown if it will have a in-show appearance.
