Troy is the new kid in town. Born in Angel Grove, he moved out with his dad after his mom passed away. Due to his dad’s career in the military, they moved around a lot, not allowing him to make lasting connections. He’s now moved back to Angel Grove to stay with his uncle Hector while his father is deployed. He’s a bit of a lone wolf. His tough upbringing and rocky relationship with his dad has made him responsible and focused but also unsociable and has a hard time relying on others. Despite his cold demeanor, Troy is compassionate and loyal. Having dealt with bullies all his life, he’s a champion of the underdog, standing up for and helping those in trouble. He’s a born leader, he just doesn’t know it yet. He’s a skilled martial artist, holding a black belt in karate. Since moving back to Angel Grove, he’s been getting strange visions of past Rangers and starts to unlock strange powers as the series progresses.
