It features the debut of Red Buster Animal Powered Custom.

==Synopsis==
The Busters are appointed in a great mission after 10 years of the death of Enter, Messiah and Escape. But, they got surprised to see these villains alive in a new look. The unknown space traveller [[Nenogoshi]] somehow found the gears of Enter and Escape and a Messiah Card and thus revived them and made a new army named [[Neo-Vaglass]]. Will the Busters be able to defeat this army once again?

==Plot==
An unknown space traveller named Nenogoshi was thinking to invade the Earth. But, he had insufficient power to destroy the planet. Somehow, he found the gears of Enter and Escape and a remaining Messiah Card. He had revived Enter, Escape and Messiah with his revival gun. Thus, he made his new army "Neo-Vaglass". The Busters didn't know about it before going on the great mission. The great mission was to defeat this evil army once for all. These neo-villains were enchanted with new powers. After a few defeats, Hiromu couldn't control and got his new power which is Animal Powered Custom. He killed Neo-Enter and Neo-Escape with his cheetah power strike. With the ultimate animal power strike, the Busters were able to weaken Neo-Messiah. But Nenogoshi wanted Messiah's power to destroy the Earth. So, he destoryed Messiah and got his new power. But, the Busters got the new weapon Tategami Arrow and Mega Cannon. With the ultimate combo of these powers, they managed to defeat Nenogoshi and finished their great mission.
