Time Shifter is a robot with the ability to turn back time 10 seconds. He was used by Metal Alice to lure the Mega Rangers into trap so Vrak could destroy them. Enlarging to cover Vrak, Time Shifter battles the Gosei Ultimate Megazord & Gosei Grand before using his time reversal ability to fight against the former's Ultimate Charge. However, unbeknownst to Metal Alice, Vrak shoots a beam into the colliding attacks that causes a time warp which sucks Troy & Time Shifter in. The two battled in the past before returning to the present, with the robot finally destroyed by the Gosei Great Grand Megazord.
