The commandant is the young white and blue commander of Repulsive empire who is of the emperor's bloodline, thus attempting to earn his respect from his father Teradox. He has an irreverent attitude, always showing his sense of being one of the elites. He has the powers of voodoo and black magic which he casts. When his zord is destroyed his ejected out of it and almost got away from them, he was almost destroyed by Pirate Galleon Blaster when his father Teradox came back from the dead in his new body,and Teradox destroyed his own son and his been turn to dust.
