Tenba is the Blue Chi Ranger of the Chi Star Rangers. He is a TBD-year-old member of the modern day Chi Guardians and is the smartest of the team. He was raised by the Chi Guardians since birth and specializes in the Long Fist.

Blue Chi Ranger
As the Blue Chi Ranger, Tenba uses a variation of Long Fist called Pegasus-Fist which enables him to control gravity, allowing him to levitate and move objects and opponents in a manner similar to telekinesis as well as to increase his own speed and agility.

Pegasus-Fist[]
- Chi Power: A basic attack possessed by all six Chi Star Rangers where they project a wave of force from their hands.
- Gravity Wave: Tenba's signature attack. Using his Chi Power, Tenba projects a wave of gravitational energy, allowing him to levitate opponents into the air or anchor them to the ground.
- Gravity Chi Kick: A series of high speed spinning kicks delivered against an opponent.
- Pegasus Screw Kick: A flying corkscrew dropkick.

The Blue Chi Ranger Morphin Key is Tenba's personal Morphin Key and what became of his powers after he along with the rest of the 34 Power Ranger teams sacrificed their powers to end the Legend Ranger War.
This key along with the majority of the Morphin Keys were collected by the Power Pirates and later used by the Quasar Pirates. The Blue Chi Ranger Morphin Key was mainly used by Colton (Quasar Pirate Blue), who used it to fight as the Blue Chi Ranger.
After TBA were finally defeated, the Quasar Pirates gave the Morphin Keys back to their rightful owners. It is presumed that Tenba received his key and became the Blue Chi Ranger once more.
