Telosi is from Planet 0117 of the A47 Galaxy. He's the brother of Xev. After an encounter with the Morphinaut, he became the Green Squadron Ranger of the Squadron Rangers.
Later, after sacrificing his Morphin Heart to save the Phantom Ranger, Telosi became the Green Emissary, an ethereal entity who represents the Morphin Masters. Adopting the appearance of Power Rangers respectively colored green, he was not shown to have distinct forms but instead shifted through the forms of various Green Rangers throughout history.
History[]
Prophecy[]
As seen by the philosopher, Sire Lentinvous, sixteen thousand years ago, as he witnessed the beginning of the universe in a vision, the Morphin Masters created the Emissaries from the light of a star, each one a different primary countenance. The purpose given to these Messengers, was to spread peace & tranquility throughout the universe. The Messengers existed outside of time, & could view the entirety of time in a non-linear fashion, allowing them to see into the past, & somewhat into the future. Because they also existed outside of the natural flow of time, they were effectively immortal in that they could not die naturally.
Becoming a Ranger[]
During the evacuation of Planet 0117, Telosi became worried of his brother Xev, who was at the Masterforge Namize and wasn't calling back. After hearing from Rhian that something happened at Namize and there was footage that showed what happened, Telosi agreed to go to the Frontier Lab and watch the video. They all saw in the footage how an army of demon-like creatures invaded Namize & questioned why the Morphin Masters would leave half of those people to die by shutting down the Namize Arch, with Telosi saying that they left Xev. Telosi & his friends later raced to the Master Arch, which was ready for evacuation, but stopped to rescue a figure that crashed onto the ground & was later identified as the Morphinaut.
Unable to return to the Master Arch & being trapped in the middle of an invasion of their planet led by the same creatures that attacked Namize, Telosi found out that one of the creatures that were attacking them was Xev, who was saved from his new monster form by the Morphin Energy of the Morphinaut. Telosi later received an overflow of the Morphinaut's Morphin Energy & was turned into the Green Samurai Ranger along with his friends & brother who also morphed into other Rangers. In their new forms, the Morphinaut told the team of Rangers to go to Ori's Proto-Arch & destroy it after using it, while Dark Specter unleashed more of his forces.
Becoming an Emissary[]
The Emissaries eventually became guardians of the Morphin Grid itself, & would observe each team of Power Rangers, new & old across time itself.
Megaforce[]
Telosi along with the other Squadron Rangers and other Ranger teams are seen in Troy's premonition about the Legendary Battle.
He and the other Rangers are seen again in another of Troy's dream/vision about the Legendary Battle.
Vrak has been defeated, but thousands of X Borg arrive on Earth to begin the invasion. Tommy gathered all the existing Power Rangers, Telosi returns with the other Squadron Rangers as part of the army of Legendary Rangers that helped the Mega Rangers defeat the Armada once and for all, Telosi was seen fighting against hundreds of X Borgs and dozens of Bruisers. After the demise of the X Borgs, Tommy shook hands with Troy and teleported off along with Telosi and the Legendary Rangers.
Dino Fury[]
Zayto activates the Legendary Ranger Database, showing Master Blue that Master Green came to them after the Dinohenge statues were destroyed and restored them to normal. Also, Zayto says that he found Ranger teams who were saved in their darkest moments through unexplained reasons and shows them three specific moments. Including the Legendary Battle where all the Legendary Rangers including Telosi and the other Squadron Rangers coming to the aid of the Megaforce Rangers in the Legendary Battle and helping them defeat an entire army of the Armada's X Borgs.

Legendary Ranger Key[]
The Green Squadron Ranger Key.
The Green Squadron Ranger Key is Telosi's personal Ranger Key. Because the Squadron Rangers are now Rangers of the Emissaries, Gosei seems to possess their powers via the Legendary Ranger Keys. This key is mainly used by Parry (Super Megaforce Green) who uses it to fight as the Green Squadron Ranger.
- When the Super Mega Rangers (bar Jordan) became the Squadron Rangers while fighting against X Borgs and Bruisers.
- When the Super Mega Rangers became the Squadron Rangers while fighting Sirjinkor.
- When the Super Mega Rangers became the Squadron Rangers in their fight with Zakyura.
- Ava became Green Squadron Ranger as part of an all-green change to defeat a duo of Royal Guards. Ava did a combo attack with Parry as Mighty Morphin Green Ranger, as both have weapons which they throw at the enemy.
