Talon is the Eagle Spirit Animal, and the creator of the Red Primal Cube. He is one of the Spirit Animals that created the Primal Cubes, while also serving as a guide to the Primal Instinct Rangers. He later became the Raptor Ranger when Alexander Smith was left unable to fight with the other Primal Instinct Rangers.

- Soaring Spin Slash: Extending his Eagle Blade into whip mode, the Raptor Ranger wraps the blade around an opponent before pulling it back, slashing them across their entire body.

- Flight: As an eagle Animal Person, Talon can fly at high speed.
- Eagle eyes: As an eagle Animal Person, Talon possesses strong eyesight. This elevated sense allows him able to see things at much greater distances or too small to see and perceive actions too quick for others to process.

Instinct Power
With his Instinct Power, the Raptor Ranger gains a pair of wings that grant him the power of high speed flight that can cover many city blocks. He also gains enhanced kicks, mimicking how an eagle uses its talons to catch its prey, along with the ability to generate gusts of wind or light himself on fire like a Phoenix before slamming into an opponent.
