Stephen Sanders is the Blue Cybersaur Ranger of the Cybersaur Rangers.
Biography[]
Before Kermit Died[]
Stephen always used to cheer up Kermit, the husband of his sister, during hard times. Kermit was the only one who liked his jokes. Once he died, Stephen took his old part-time job & started caring for his sister & niece.
A man in his early thirties, Stephen is actually a geography teacher at Olive Creek High. The others will usually call him "Mr. Sanders" while at school. While on a trip during winter break, Stephen defeated the Cyber StegoZord in an icy field, & gained its’ power. He lives with his widowed sister & niece.
Personality[]
Although a teacher, Stephen is very clumsy, shy, & hilarious. He loves to try to act like the other cool teachers, but always ruins it (just like when he failed to spin his Blastasaur Morpher). Ironically, the school authorities don't seem to notice this. Even though he looks like that, he is a kind person with incredible strength, even in his civilian form. He also has a great admiration for South American culture, which he mostly talks about in his Geography class.

- He is the first ranger to have a Stegosaurus motif.
- Because of this, he is the only Blue Ranger in a dinosaur-themed season to not have a Triceratops motif.
- The Blue Cybersaur Ranger's weapon is a shield as was the Tricera Shield wielded by Ethan James (Blue Dino Ranger), the Blue Ranger of the previous dinosaur season.
- Stephen is now the oldest official Ranger to be part of an active Power Ranger group, who is in his early thirties.
- He mirrors Tommy Oliver, who was also in his 30s, when he became the Black Dino Ranger.
