Other than the fact that all of Oneiro, except for the current team of Rangers and their mentor, have been sucked into it, nothing is known about Skepsi. The Mara, Nightmares and Nighterrors seem to originate from it, and it may be the base of operations for Darkilov, but that has not yet been confirmed.
