Sheriff Malevolent is the personal hitman of Kingriminal, and another villain in Power Rangers Cops and Robbers. He resents the Red Rangers the most, often calling them stuff like "Varmin." and "Hillbilly." His main weapon of choice is ice-based flintlock pistols from the two Gangler Safes on his thighs. Malevoelnt can create a number of them at will. Each pistol created can fire an amber-colored ice pellet which can cause anyone or anything that is struck by it to be encased in ice and shatter, which then can transport the victim or object to another location of Malevoelnt's choice. He also has a bit of a rivalry with Boom Blaster.
