Sheldon Turpin was chosen by the cosmic sorceress Pulsaris to wield the powers of the Green Cosmos Ranger for having the "Wisdom of the Waters". As Green Ranger, Sheldon embodies the planetary power of Neptune, and controls the elemental power of Water and the wise spirit of the Turtle.
