Shadow Countess Koromo is the acting second-in-command of the Shadow Line. She is Gascoigne's most-trusted lieutenant and advisor, and her greatest wish in life is to ensure his victory against the Spirit Track Power Rangers. She has something of a rivalry with fellow Shadow Line General Brussle.
