Shadow Baron Brussle is an acting General of the Shadow Line. He is the only member of the Shadow Line's chain-of-command not to hail from nobility, and as such, has quite the chip on his shoulder. He frequently butts heads with fellow General Koromo, and will stop at nothing to prove himself to Gascoigne. To this aim, he has made it his mission in life to utterly destroy the newly-minted team of Spirit Track Power Rangers.
