Scrozzle (also commonly referred to as Scrozz by Blaze and sometimes Scrozzy by Roxy) is a robot who was taking shelter in the Cyber Dimension. Scrozzle worked for Evox as his chief scientist and inventor, and, in some ways, acting as his second-in-command, along with Blaze and Roxy.
Scrozzle serves as the secondary antagonist of Beast Morphers between the 2nd and 20th episodes. He became the main antagonist for the Halloween and Christmas episodes. During Season 2's first episode, he became the main antagonist once more. When Evox makes his return in the series, he returns to his former role of being the secondary antagonist. After Evox's defeat, Scrozzle attempted to escape to Corinth, although he ended up being captured and imprisoned in Grid Battleforce.
Eventually, Scrozzle was freed by the newly freed Lord Zedd, becoming his ally and aiding him in his universal conquest, acting as a supporting antagonist in Power Rangers Dino Fury and a major antagonist in Power Rangers Cosmic Fury. Scrozzle, allied with Bajillia Naire, betrayed Zedd to use his energy to eliminate the good from the universe, something that was prevented by the Cosmic Fury Rangers. However, Scrozzle managed to survive the war and escape.

Early Life[]
Before the series, Scrozzle created the robot Vargoyle and went on a search for the very powerful Fury Cells which he succeeded in finding. However, Vargoyle came into contact with them and became completely evil, which scared off Scrozzle. He then went into hiding in the Cyber Dimension for some time, creating special Zord-like machines called Gigadrones and robotic monsters called Robotrons.

Scrozzle fears Evox and Vargoyle, and avoids battle actively due to being an "old bot". He is loyal to his master, giving him useful advice and suggestions, and managing all of the technology within the Cyber Dimension and Crystal Dimension. His rivalry with Blaze and Roxy varied, though it seems to have diminished over time, especially since he has become vital for their restoration given their currently robotic nature.
Scrozzle is shown to care deeply for his technological creations; in the episode Fossil Frenzy, Scrozzle became distressed that his Robot-Maker was destroyed due to Robo-Roxy's new upgrade overloading the machine and that it cannot be repaired.
In the episode "Love Hate", Scrozzle says that Evox was nothing compared to Zedd, meaning that he obeyed Evox/Venjix out of fear and not by loyalty. In "Morphin Master", seeing the Rangers charge them, he abandons Zedd apparently without remorse.

- Durability: Scrozzle was shot in the back by Nate's Striker Morpher and fell down but quickly recovered. The most impressive display of his durability, however, was when he managed to somehow survive the destruction of Infernodrone despite the fact that he had no time to teleport out of it.
- Super Genius: Scrozzle is one of the most intelligent characters in the Power Rangers franchise, being able to create literally hundreds of gigantic robot monsters, an unknown number of robotic monsters, and a giant portal amongst other things. He can build powerful robots if he has their data.
- Expert Pilot: Scrozzle was able to pilot Infernodrone with amazing ease and was temporarily able to match the Racer Zord in combat.
