Samantha "Sam" Davida Oliver is the oldest daughter and firstborn child of Tommy Oliver and Katherine Hillard-Oliver, older sister of J.J. Oliver (her twin brother), Debbie Oliver, and Matthew Oliver, and the goddaughter of Jason Lee Scott.

Backstory[]
Sam Oliver was born the eldest daughter and child of Tommy Oliver and Katherine Hillard-Oliver a few minutes before her twin brother, J.J. Oliver. Within the next few years, the Oliver Family welcomed two new members of their family: Debbie Oliver would be born a year after Sam and J.J. and Matthew Oliver would be born a year after that. Growing up in Reefside, the Oliver twins, their parents, and their siblings would experience frequent visits in their childhood by Sam and J.J.'s godfather, Jason Lee Scott, and his own son Corey Scott. J.J. and Sam would become particularly close childhood friends with Corey, whom they often played with.
