- Form Mimicry: By placing the glasses of the associated Ranger over his own visor, Warrior Gold can take on their form and gain access to their abilities.

- Lightning Dragon Flash: Warrior Gold launches a red energy dragon from the emblem on his chest that rams into the target multiple times as he thrusts the Ryutoraizer through them without the enemy noticing.

- Ryuzord
By using the Dragotron Mecharise Shuriken, Warrior Gold's soul separates from his body and transforms into the 20cm tall Dragotron in a manner similar to an online game's player switching to their alternate account. Once engaged, the Dragotron can change between a humanoid form resembling Warrior Gold for active combat or an armored dragon form in defensive situations.
Although the Dragotron is effective in combat, its usage has the side effect of leaving Warrior Gold's real body limp and vulnerable to attack, often forcing his teammates to carry it around while keeping it from coming to harm.
Drago-Steeltron is the combined form of Dragotron and the Steeltron.
Drago-Legendtron is the combined form of Dragotron and the Legendtron.
The Ryuzord is the dragon-based zord form of Warrior Gold. He forms the helmet, visor, outer arms, chest armor, back, lower legs and the Ryu Sword tail sword of the Ryutorise Megazord, and the left arm, feet, chest armor, and weapons of the Sunryutorise Megazord. As the Ryuzord, he possesses the ability of flight, constrict his opponents in combat, and can fire an orange fire beam from his jaws.

Using the Sunrise Shuriken of Legendary Rangers, Warrior Gold/Silver has access to the powers of any Sixth Ranger of his choosing, donning them in a manner like a game character donning a skin. Unlike his core teammates, each form retains its belt buckle, with Warrior Gold/Silver instead continually donning the Tora Shield during each transformation.

- Warrior Gold is themed after Son Gokū/Sun Wukong, the main character of the Chinese novel Journey to the West, which was initially planned to be the basis of the Donbrothers before Momotaro was chosen instead.
- Ryutora is the second known Sixth Ranger-based Hero who can transform into two different full colored forms, a silver one and a golden one, the first being Cross, who can transform into either Sigma X or Lupin X.
- Ryutora's forms being based on a dragon and a tiger coincidentally parallel with the motifs of the Tommy Oliver's first two Ranger forms, with the torso armor being a nod to both. Fittingly, Tommy would also gain the ability to switch between the Green Ranger and White Ranger (among his others powers) via the Master Morpher, as well as serving as team leader for an extended period.
