Rosie Cox is a university girl who tranforms into Eagle Knight Ranger, the Green Ranger of the Wild Knights Rangers.

Rosie is a "University Girl" who does more footwork than anyone else. Unlike Taylor, She is an outcast who is estranged from her family, but he doesn't care much about that. Although she is actually very serious, she wants to change herself and spend her days working to become a party person

Using the Green Eagle Ranger Ring, Rosie engages into a green eagle warrior. Her fighting style allows her to fly freely in the sky. She is also good at sniping from the air using the Wild Eagle Shooter.

- Enhanced Vision: Through the Legendary Ranger Rings, Eagle Knight Ranger gained the enhanced vision, which allows her to see things clearly from afar.
Attacks[]
- Eagle Finger Strike: Eagle Knight Ranger holds down the side button on Tega Sword Morpher. She delivers two green energy slashes to the opponent before stabbing them in the chest, splitting the Tega Sword Morpher’s blade to create an opening, allowing the victim to escape before she kicks the opponent away upon explosion.
