Roderick De Leon is Cosmo Charge Taurus, the Black Ranger of the Cosmo Charge Rangers.

Personality
Roderick generally has a happy-go-lucky demeanor, believing firmly in the power of justice and fiercely protective of the ones he cares about. However, Roderick can be hot-blooded and impulsive when provoked, especially when his friends are endangered or hurt. When he encountered Sarah Wilson, the woman who the wrestler thought killed Dr. Anton, he fell into a fit of rage and had to be restrained by his teammates, unintentionally causing his team to be poisoned. When not fighting, Roderick will usually be seen lifting weights. Despite his animosity towards Sarah until he realizes that her traitorous brother Matthew was the one who murdered Dr. Anton, the wrestler eventually warms up to her as a teammate and friend (calling her an 'Amigo' too as if they were already close buddies), to the point where he takes a finishing move meant for Sarah and is killed. After being revived they got along well and support each other as needed.

Roderick uses the Cosmic Controller with the "Taurus" Ranger Power Globe to morph into Cosmo Charge Taurus.

Roderick is portrayed by popular Cuban-American wrestler, Sammy Guevara. In the Kyuranger stock footage, their suit actor is Jiro Okamoto (岡元 次郎 Okamoto Jirō).
