Rita's the main villain enemy in the entire franchise. She was originally played by the late Machiko Soga and Carla Perez in the original classic series and by Elizabeth Banks in the 2017 film. She's to be played by Lucy Liu in the reboot series. She's no longer pure evil when Zordon's energy wave washes her pure evilness away. She's voiced by Barbara Goodson respectively.
