Riffs of Reckoning is the thirty-eighth episode of Power Rangers Tire Trail. It features the full debut of Skulverine as well the first appearances of both Exhaustynx. It also features the debut of RPM Nitrosurge Battlezord and the return of Eagle Racer since his last appearance in episode 12.
Synopsis[]
The Diablo Dashers generals are astonished with the arrival of Exhaustynx, an elite member from the Diablo Dashers who disbands the group. Meanwhile Spindle' right hand man, Skulverine, also arrives on Earth.
