It is the second part of the Tire Trail endgame, featuring the brief return of Venomace since his death in episode 35 as Venomace Elapid as well as the televised debut of Velora after her previous appearance in Power Rangers Tire Trail: Turbo Clash.

Kairo is devasted with Treadstrider' apparent death and attempts to fix him up. Meanwhile, Venomace returns and initiates a plan to turn the public opinion against the Tire Trail Rangers but Greer and Blitzfire rise against him.
