Randall "Randy" Horwitz is the main protagonist of Power Rangers Battle Bumpers. He is a courier and the younger brother of Brayden Horwitz who morphs into Bumper Red, the Red Ranger and leader of the Battle Bumper Rangers.
He is 19-years-old at the beginning of the series.
