Professor N-Gin is a villain in Power Rangers Legendary. He is a robotic genius inventor, and partner in crime of General Cockin. He is the one who got the idea to use Erik's Dark Gears in creating Mega-zoids for the Rangers to fight, and his idea works amazingly well. He wields a staff that can fire purple electricity, and can release small light blue laser beams from his fingertips.
