The Primal Morpher is the Rubik's Cube-based transformation and summoning device of the Primal Instinct Rangers. By twisting the upper section, the Rangers are able to complete images on the Morpher's faces, allowing them to perform different functions. Each function, when the Primal Morpher is opened, is shown in the top of the "screen" above the eagle's wings. The normal, unmatched form shows a green telephone receiver which enables the Morpher to be used as a means of communication.

Morphing[]
Morphing Side
To morph, the Primal Instinct Rangers press the red button and their corresponding number. They then shout "Instincts Awaken!" before rotating the Primal Morpher's top section to match its red face, forming the team's emblem. They then open up the Primal Morpher and thrust it forward to morph.
Summoning[]
Summoning Side
To summon the Primal Zords, the Primal Instinct Rangers press the yellow button and the cube's corresponding number. They then rotate the Morpher's top section to match its yellow face, forming the image of a cube.
Combination[]
Combination Side
To combine their Primal Zords, one of the Primal Instinct Rangers presses the blue button and a combination of numbers before rotating the Morpher's top section to match its blue face, forming a robot head.
Finishing Strike[]
When in the Megazord, rotating the cube to the team emblem and placing it into the panel will result in a final blow to the opponent. This is the same side used to morph.
Notes[]
- The Primal Morpher's activation sound during transformation includes Tarzan's famous yell, referencing Primal Instinct's series motif of nature and animals.
- The Primal Morpher's design is based off the popular children's toy known as the Rubik's Cube. Five of the colors on the cube are Red, Blue, Yellow, Green, and White. The final color Orange would be the color of the Raptor Ranger.
