Power Rangers Universe is the 32nd season of Power Rangers, serving as an adaptation of the 41th Super Sentai series, Uchu Sentai Kyuranger.

The series is Hasbro's fourth production under their content production division Hasbro Entertainment, following their acquisition of the franchise.

Production

On February 23, 2024, Hasbro revealed via a Fan First Friday event that the next Power Rangers adaptation would be based off the 2017 space-based Super Sentai season, Uchu Sentai Kyuranger. However, the official title wasn't revealed at the time. It was revealed as Power Rangers Season 32. On July 18, 2022, it was revealed at the Power Rangers Discovery panel at 2024 San Diego Comic Con that the adaptation would be called Power Rangers Universe.

Unlike the previous seasons, Universe is a 64-episode season split into two parts, containing 30 episodes, although the second part of the season contained an additional Christmas Special. The first part of the season was released on a weekly basis from February to May 2025, and the second part of the season was released from September to December 2025.

Overview

Synopsis

In the far future, the evil Arkeyan Empire has succeeded and nearly conquered the entire Earth. Fortunately, half of mankind has retreated from the threat on board the Destiny, the flagship station of the Star Battleforce (S.B.F), an elite interstellar military force dedicated to preserving peace and order across the galaxy, which employs an elite force of Power Rangers, fuelled by the cosmic power of the constellations, who must battle the rampant alien army bent claiming governance over the entire galaxy.
