Power Rangers Project G.E.A.R. is the 36th season of Power Rangers. It is based on Kikai Sentai Zenkaiger.

Plot[]
The Machine Empire rises again as a new king takes the throne, with new generals and soldiers to boot. What's more, this new empire has successfully captured many planets inside a special set of gears. Many of the empire's inhabitants escape to Earth, which has now become more welcoming of extra-terrestrials worldwide. To combat the rising threat, a new team of warriors are assembled to face the empire and free the worlds. Together, they are given advanced battle armor that draws its energy from the Morphin Grid to become the Grid-Energized Armored Rangers (G.E.A.R's for short). As the battles continue, however, secrets will be revealed and nothing will necessarily be as it seems.
