Power Rangers Patrol Squad vs. Power Rangers Phantom Warriors, abbreviated as P.R.P.S vs. P.R.P.W, or just Patrol Squad or Phantom Warriors, is the 34th and 35th season of Power Rangers. It borrows footage, costumes, props and some songs from Kaitou Sentai Lupinranger VS Keisatsu Sentai Patranger.
The series was originally named Power Rangers Season 34 at the 2024 Power Morphicon.

In downtown Angel Grove, 3 thieves are stealing a gold crown from the village of Bumba. They are the Phantom Warriors. Security finds them and tells them to surrender. The thieves refer themselves as the Phantom Warriors. The leader of the Lupinrangers, Bruce, says he’s gonna steal the crown and throws a calling card like at them, revealing him and his guards to be a part of the crime syndicate known as C.R.I.M.E, Criminal Race of International Minimal Excess. The security says he is impressed them and invites them to be part of their group. The Phantom Warriors disagree and Tongue-Twister, the monster, orders his bodyguards known as the Sword-men to attack them. A brawl commence with the two teams are reached, but it comes to a halt when the Red Ranger, Bruce, has a little tiny red jet and puts it on the chest that’s on Tongue-Twister's body. Once the chest opens, Bruce takes out a piece of the Phantom Collection. Tongue-Twister, mad that Bruce stole his Collection piece throws explosives at them. However, after the smoke is gone, it reveals that the Phantom Warriors changed their forms. Another battle then commences, however just as the battle is about to end the three of the Universal Police Tactic Unit comes in to handle the situation but by that time the Phantom Warriors defeated Tongue-Twister, stole the treasure, and left on a jet. The only thing that’s left from the others is the calling card, saying they have stolen the treasure.
The next day, everyone is talking about how the Phantom Warriors defeated C.R.I.M.E last night and that the Universal Police are useless for barely doing anything about it. In a park, while Bruce is enjoying that he’s getting famous, a person across from him is not fond of this. This man is named Brad, one of the officers that was at the incident last night, while reading from the newspaper and hearing that the Phantom Warriors are getting praise, he crumbles up the newspaper he was reading and just as he was about to throw it into a trash can, Bruce interferes saying he’ll miss. Brad says that he is embarassed they are brothers, exclaiming that they are siblings. They go back to work. Just as Bruce was saying bye to Brad, a mysterious limo comes and an old man comes out.
At the Universal Police Department, in the Tactic Unit Room, an officer named Isabella who was at the incident last night is complaining that her sister who was also at the incident named Sofia Cisneros is too peppy for working the night shift. Then the commander of this team named, Dante Mondo, is congratulating there work they’ve done last night. However, the accountant named Pato disagrees, because they haven’t defeated the C.R.I.M.E. Isabella says that they can’t do that right now because C.R.I.M.E is in another world and says he’s also glad that the Phantom Warriors helped them defeat C.R.I.M.E. Just about Isabella says this, Brad comes in and gets mad at him for saying that. He says that Isabella should remember his training and that the Phantom Warriors are still criminals for stealing. However, the mention of the Phantom Warriors, gave the Universal Police the question about who are the Phantom Warriors? The only evidence of the Phantom Warriors are sketches and the calling card.
Back in the limo, Bruce gives the Phantom Collection piece to the old man named Albert, his butler. Bruce says that the Phantom Collection were from the ancient Grid Battleforce and wants to know how many pieces are left. Albert moves away from Bruce and the info that he gives Bruce is that if the Phantom Collection are in the wrong hands it’ll leave devastating effects, that the Collection were stolen by the C.R.I.M.E, and his next target.
In the C.R.I.M.E’s World, a party from the 999th birthday of the C.R.I.M.E’s Boss is commencing. The C.R.I.M.E’s Boss, named Treasure-Man, has been greeted by one of his comrades named Nurse Shock. She wants to give a reward to him with a kiss on a hand, however Treasure-Man's bodyguard interferes, that you shouldn’t do that to him, but Treasure-Man lets her be because it’s a celebration. Once he's sat down on his seat, he gave announcement to the C.R.I.M.Es. He states that if anyone can invade the human world they’ll be the next boss of the C.R.I.M.E. The C.R.I.M.Es are motivated by this news and will do anything to impress him.
The next target that Bruce and his team has to go for is a monster named Meowzer. He is a jewel thief that with his Collection piece, the Pryotechnizer, will burn down the stores he stole from. Bruce is then dropped off at an restaurant. This mansion is called the Alexandrian Mansion, or also the secret base of the Phantom Warriors. Once Brad arrives, he sees Michael working for the people and the other Phantom Warriors named Theresa, who is taking orders from the customers. Bruce wonders why there are still customers and says they all have to leave due to a "group reservation”. After the customers leave, Theresa wonders why they had to kick them out, Bruce then reveals their real jobs as the Phantom Warriors.
The Phantom Warriors sets out to Meowzer’s base and founds him and his Sword-men, however the Phantom Warriors are hiding in a air duct. Meowzer says that his plan is to become the new boss and he’ll wipe them out . The others laugh at this, however due to a spider, Theresa screams but Michael is putting his hand around her face to quiet down the noise. However, the Sword-men heard the scream and attacked the air ducts. The others fall down and are surrounded by Sword-men that attack them. Pato has a function that he can be notified if there’s trouble anywhere like a C.R.I.M.E attack. The Global Police Tactical Unit leaves, however just about they were about to leave, Commander Hilltop brought new weapons for them.
After a battle, they encounter Meowzer and his fire based attacks. Since they knew his collection piece was fire, Bruce threw cards at him so that he’ll burn them. This makes Meowzer unable to see and Michael and Theresa able to hold him so that Bruce would steal his collection piece. However, just about when he was stealing his collection piece, Meowzer reveals he has 4 arms and knocks them out and used Michael and Theresa as human shields. Now Meowzer gave him an offer, die with his friends or run away while his friends die. Bruce then takes off his mask while Meowzer thinks it’s him wanting to die, Bruce dodges out of the way and shoots the ceiling so that Meowzer would throw Bruce’s friends and defend himself while being damaged in the process. After the rubble of the ceiling came down, Meowzer is seen alive but no Theresa or Michael. Meowzer questions why Bruce did that. Bruce says to him “No matter who falls, the others must make the dream come true!” That’s the promise the Phantom Warriors made. Mike and Theresa came underground saying they escaped through the flow with the rubble hit. Then they take out their VS Changers and transform into the forms known as Phantom Red, Phantom Blue, and Phantom Yellow with the help of the Phantom Zords.
The battle then takes outside, while they use their abilities to defeat Meowzer. When they were about to steal back the collection piece, blasts are heard. The Universal Police Tactical Unit is shown to the holding VS Changers to the Phantom Warriors. The Universal Police Tactical Unit transforms with the help of the Patrol Zords into the Patrol Squad Rangers!
