Power Rangers Legends is an animated anthology miniseries. Partially inspired by Star Wars: Visions, it is comprised of eleven short films, each focusing on different teams of rangers & their heroic adventures.
The short films are produced by animation pioneer Richard Rich, whose works include The Black Cauldron, The Swan Princess, the animated adaptation of The King & I, & Alpha & Omega.

- Escaping Corruption: A trio of Rangers are tasked with escorting the princess of a corrupt mechanical empire to refuge--unaware that she may not be what she claims.
- TBA: A coy adventurer who's not who he says he is is forced to lead a team & stop an ancient nightmare--as well as overcome his personal fears--in order to make his lifelong wish come true.
- TBA: Danju is a former soldier of the barbaric Lacerta Empire. One fateful night, while fleeing from a battle, Danju was found & taken under the wing of an intergalactic rock band. A year or two later, when the Lacerta Empire returns & abducts one of their own, Danju must face his past & help save his friend.
- TBA: A team of charismatic soldiers destined to be powerful warriors must face a frightening horde of aliens & overcome their Commander's ruthless training methods & their own personal struggles in order to unleash a legendary power & save their home planet.
- TBA: Taking place after Power Rangers Unlimited: Heir to Darkness, after being left for dead by Astronema, the Prism Rangers survive & now must travel through the galaxy to reunite with one of their own.
- TBA: A team of warriors who have a tendency to always rush into things go on a journey of enlightenment in order to get their bodies under control & to restore their balance. Traveling to the planet Kloulo, they find themselves intrigued by the people's customs & way of life... while at the same time aware that they are being watched by the planet's corrupt ruler.
- TBA: In the 22nd century, three scientists are tried for treason & illegal experimentation. Before the trial even begins, however, the evil organization they have pledged allegiance to ambush the courthouse, allowing the treacherous scientists to escape. Three young scientists are given animal DNA that enables them to become Power Rangers so that they can stop the evil organization & their former friends.
- TBA: After accidentally freeing a fairy from hibernating, a group of youths discover that their home world was once dominated by magic & that the fairy is the last of her kind, as the rest were slaughtered by a sinister tribe of demons. When the demons begin to attack again, the fairy gives the five youths the remaining power of the fairies to fight back.
- Super Psycho: After the fall of the original Supersonic Rangers, the new Supersonic Rangers must face a familiar enemy from the past & try to avoid the same mistakes their predecessors made.

- This may be Richard Rich's first work for the Power Rangers franchise, as well as the first to feature LGBTQ+ characters.
- Rich was born & raised a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (commonly known as the Mormon Church), which initially is against LGBTQ+ marriage & relationships, yet also teaches to love & support those who are of that community.
