Power Rangers Fusion Drive is the fifth season in the Powered-Up Era of Hearty Seas Productions' Power Rangers franchise, following the conclusion of Power Rangers Insectors. It serves as an adaptation of the 48th Super Sentai series, Bakuage Sentai Boonboomger.
The show's theme is vehicles, customistation and racing.
Plot[]
After mysterious alien invaders known as the Road Runners arrive on Earth and start to cause havoc on the roads; young car enthusiast and inventor, Nick Tesla creates a device that allows him to transform into a superhero, in order to fight the invaders. However, Nick quickly learns that he can not do this alone and must recruit four other individuals, in order to combat the threat and protect Earth's roads.
