Power Rangers Dragon Quest is the Power Rangers crossover series co-produced by Allspark Animation, Toei Company Ltd., and Square Enix. It is based on Square Enix's Dragon Quest. It will also share its elements from the 2019 Super Sentai series, Kishiryu Sentai Ryusoulger, as well as the 2006 Power Rangers series, Power Rangers Mystic Force.

Plot

In a quest for infinite power, the sides of good and evil race to find the ancient Balls of Light. However, the only way the Balls of Light can reach full power is if each person who discovers them has the exact traits as the powerful Beast Gods who created them.

While an evil monster named Phxylar tries to cross dimensions to take over each universe within them, 5 people with attitude get sucked in the portals opened up by this monster, and end up in one world, where they must find the 5 Balls of Light to stop him once and for all.

• Power Rangers Dragon Quest was originally going to be the adaptation of the 2019 Super Sentai series, Kishiryu Sentai Ryusoulger. However, due to Ryusoulger team revealed to have another dinosaur motif instead of a previously-rumored dragon motif, Dragon Quest has been changed to a crossover series.
