Power Rangers Dino Brave is a web television series based on the Power Rangers franchise and adapted from the 2019 Super Sentai series, Kishiryu Sentai Ryusoulger created by CureKurogane and produced by Allspark Productions under Hasbro and Netflix which is set to be released in 2022 after being confirmed in 2020.

Although the series uses the costumes and props from the Ryusoulger series, Dino Brave uses original footage which it takes place in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, unlike most Power Ranger series that are mainly shot in Auckland, New Zealand.

Production[]

Power Rangers Dino Brave was announced by CureKurogane after hearing about Power Rangers Dino Fury being announced and decided to get out of his comfort zone and trying a new team of Rangers based on knights and dinosaurs, even though he had done a series based on them. The series title was revealed on December 23, 2020 and it is planned to be released in two years. And he announced that the series will have more of an action-based format over the kid-friendly format, such has having strong language and blood violence, aimed more to the older audience.

Synopsis[]

The series focuses on a small country called Ryusaul that had fallen in a genocidal war against the Arcane, a group of corrupt knights who were banished years ago. A group of brave knights called the Dino Brave fought against the Arcane, and four of them fell in battle while the leader puts his son, Gerard, in a deep sleep before vanishing in battle. Now awakened in the 21st Century, Gerard was given the Red Brave Key to fight the Arcane as the Dino Brave Red Ranger. Four ordinary citizens from the city of Chesapeake Bay are soon summoned, giving them the power to join Gerard in battle against the Arcane as the next generation of the Dino Brave.
