- The previous season, Rail Riders, was originally scheduled to release after Beast Hunters, however due to behind-the-scenes shenanigans, production decided to reverse them.
- This season is the shortest season of the franchise with only three episodes.
- On January 19, 2024, during an Instagram Live, Mark Copper explained that the reason there are only three episodes is to give the production team time to work on other projects and seasons.
- On September 13, 2025, it was revealed there will be a fourth episode.
