Phoebe Galura is Yellow Arcana Ranger of the Arcana Rangers in Power Rangers Arcana. She is portrayed by Paris Berelc.
History[]
Phoebe Galura is a college student who learned about magic and witchcraft through her witch mother before she died, so she grew to be in closer touch with her own magical self.
Beyond controlling the free-spirited element of air, Phoebe is an expert in reading tarot cards and making correct premonitions, blessed - or cursed - with visions from the past, present and future.
Galura's legendary familiar is called Dralzebub, an air dragon-like demon who has a crazy yet serious personality to contrast with his witch partner.

Phoebe is opinionated, sassy and a little bit vain sometimes, she often can get some kooky moments when she has premonitions, but she is also very wise beyond her years.
