Pesa of Sphen (スフェンのペサ Pisa no Sufen?) is Avian Silver (鳥シルバー Abian Shirubā?), the Silver Ranger of the Aviangers. She is a Sphen Tribe Avialander who is part of the 121st generation of Aviangers. She is nicknamed Sister Pesa (ペサ姉 Pisa-nee?) by Nosori.

Personality[]
Pesa is a quiet and serious girl who follows the path she believes is right. While short-tempered and a brutal fighter, she has a code of honor: she will not kill children or allow anyone to interrupt her battle for her sake and personal interest. Pesa is searching for her elder brother Pingoji, who betrayed her and his people for a spot on the Yaseisueki Party. She was chosen elected as an Avianger but when her tribe people was destroyed by Pingoji, she started loses her cool, even wanting to go after her own brother to avenge her people. Of course, she is willing to sacrifice herself just to prevent others from getting caught in her matter with Pingoji. Eventually, Despite her cold looking attitude, she has a soft side. Besides her tribe people and the Aviangers, Pesa is quite shallow and anti-social to strangers due to her being framed for the death of Dr. Fukoro. Therefore, she can protected from the Federal Government and that she will not go to jail for life.
