Perry is the Crimson Ranger and sidekick to Sylvester. He is 19 years old and has a younger brother named Jim. He always likes to see birds in the pet store, but he asks the employer about baby falcons, but they don't have them. He also had a crush on Whitney Hill once he introduced his name to hers as well.
