- Her first and last names are one word "Oshkosh", after the model name of the car "Oshkosh SandCat"

- Osh first Orange Ranger:
- Which migrated almost entirely from Super Sentai.
- Became a core member of the team, replacing the Yellow Ranger or Black Ranger.
- Osh is the second Orange Ranger on Screen after Fern.
- In BoonBoomger Genba/Boon Orange is male, while in Power Rangers Battle Force it was decided to make the Orange Ranger female because:
- It's a trend with Mighty Morphin to make the original characters Female, same with Izzy where her RyusoulGreen character was male.
- Since no one wore a skirt in BoonBoomger BoonPink, it was no problem to make the Orange Ranger a girl.
- Osh Kosh is of the same race as Kat Manx/SPD Kat Ranger and has some similarities:
- Both are technical geniuses and are in charge of the Rangers' arsenal.
- Despite Kat being a Ranger at one point, both are Orange Rangers.
