Olyvia Gonzales Ramirez Blancas is the Head Technician on the Jupiter Space Station and the White Orbit Ranger and field medic of A.S.T.R.O. Force 3 in Power Rangers A.S.T.R.O. Force.

Olyvia Blancas was born on a crisp October 7th morning in the year 2056. She had an older brother Oliver Blancas, who was 24 at the time. Her early years were filled with stories and legends of her brother's time as the White Orbit Ranger of A.S.T.R.O. Force 1, a legacy that left a deep impression on her young mind. She admired her brother's courage and dedication, and from a young age, she aspired to follow in his footsteps.
However, fate had other plans for Olyvia. In 2063, when she was just 6 years old, her beloved brother Oliver mysteriously disappeared while serving as the White Ranger. The loss was a devastating blow to the family, and young Olyvia was left with many unanswered questions about her brother's disappearance.
As she grew older, Olyvia often daydreamed about joining the ranks of the Power Rangers like her brother, but her determination was tempered by self-doubt. The weight of her brother's legacy and the fear of not living up to his heroic standard held her back.
In 2073, at the age of 16, she joined the Power Rangers ASTRO Force Academy (PRAFA) more out of curiosity than a burning desire to become a Ranger. She was unsure of her path and sought to understand her brother's world better. Olyvia was content to learn and support the team from the sidelines, far from the field of battle.
During her time at Power Rangers ASTRO Force Academy (PRAFA)PRAFA, Olyvia discovered her natural talent for caregiving. She excelled in her studies and became known for her caring and nurturing personality. Her innate ability to provide support and comfort to her fellow Rangers earned her the respect and admiration of her peers.
Upon graduation, Olyvia was presented with the opportunity to become the new White Orbit Ranger of A.S.T.R.O. Force 3, the latest Power Ranger team. She was surprised by the offer, as she had never considered herself a front-line fighter. Overwhelmed by self-doubt and uncertainty, Olyvia declined the position, choosing instead to serve as Head Technician for the team, providing very useful information for the rangers on the field.
But fate had one more twist in store for Olyvia. On a fateful January 17th, during only the team's first real mission, disaster struck. The current White Ranger, Oskar Yuford, suffered a severe injury that left him incapable of fighting. With their teammate incapacitated, the four remaining Rangers found themselves facing a formidable threat, and the odds were against them.
In a moment of desperation, Olyvia made a life-altering decision. She couldn't bear to see her fellow Rangers in danger any longer. After witnessing the team struggling and realizing that their need was greater than her self-doubt, Olyvia made the courageous choice to step up. She morphed into the White Ranger and leaped into action as the replacement, determined to protect her team and continue the legacy her brother had left behind.
