Nikolai "Niko" Wilson (Formerly Sokolov), Green Lighting Ranger, he was on a rival martial artist of Wilson family was soon adopted by them.

Niko Wilson was born in Russia in 1972 to a poor family. At age 5, they died in a storm, causing to live in abusive orphanage.
At age of 10, he joined a dojo where he became strong younger. But also been abused by sensei for 6 years straight turning him into a somewhat cold fighter.

Niko came was strong, deadly, and stoic young fighter who easily destroy even adults fighters. He displays of aggression and fury.
But the other found the true Niko, scared and timid young in an abusive situation, just letting himself getting beaten abuse.
When they got his sensei, Niko was adopted by the Wilson family which he was grateful and excited for. Especially when he found they were the lightning rangers, turning a sweet and loving boy.
At he wanted with his newfound brothers and sisters well, but couldn't. This causes to work hard to improve, earning the lighting powers.
Niko also to be very highly and desperate for love and approval that he would believing he always had prove himself even though no asked to him. This leads to him doubting place in the team and family as a whole. But thanks to Vanya Novikov from the Justice Venger, he understood his valued a son and a brother.
