Negasin, referring to himself as the Ultimate Evil of the Universe, is the main villain of Power Rangers Legendary. He was ultimately able to destroy the Ranger Legacy, set on conquering Earth with his army of Plug Bots. His army consisted of every villain the Power Rangers have ever faced, with his using their powers to create Mega-Zoids.
He returns in Power Rangers Japan Warriors, becoming the secondary main villain, and ultimately gaining a new form known as Negaking of Ohsama.

Powers[]
- Power: Negasin is known for his immense power, able to take down an entire army of Power Rangers on his own. His power is described as able to "Make Lord Zedd look like a Putty Patroller".
- Resurrection: Negasin was capable of reviving an army of villains from the past, including those from the other dimensions. He did this by shooting a massive purple cog-shaped cloud into the sky to recreate the past villains.
- Death Wave: Negasin could unleash a wave of evil energy powerful enough to destroy anyone hit by it, killing them and turning them into spirits.
- Memory Wipe: Negasin's Death Wave also erased the memory of the Ranger Legacy from everyone on Earth, aside from Zeke.
- Size Change: Negasin could grow and shrink himself at will.
- Laser: He can shoot laser beam from his head.
- Lightning: He is able to shoot lightning from his hands.
- Power Absorption: Negasin was able to absorb dark energy from other villains, thus making him even stronger and changing his form.

- Enhanced Durability: Negasin was able to shrug off literally hundreds of rounds from the Gear Gattler Morphers without being phased. Not even a devastating flame slash from the Mighty Sword or an energy spin kick to the face from Zeke did anything to him.

- Sharp Claws: Negasin has razor sharp claws instead of fingers on his left hand that he could use to maul his enemies.
- Pincer: Negasin has a big pincer claw in favor of a right hand to batter his enemies.
- Legacy Blaster: Negasin stole the first version of the Legacy Blaster, allowing him to summon evil clones of past Power Rangers.
