- Morgana is portrayed by Xana Tang. As the Purple Monarch Ranger, her suit actor is Yuichi Hachisuka (čé č³ ē„äø Hachisuka YÅ«ichi?) in Super Sentai footage from King-Ohger.
Design[]
- The face design of the Purple Monarch Ranger's helmet is based on the overhead view of a butterfly.
Etymology[]
- Morgana's name comes from the enchantress of Arthurian legend, Morgana Le Fay.
- However, unlike the Arthurian version, Morgana is not King Arthur's half-sister nor an echantress. Futhermore, she owns and rules her own kingdom.

- Morgana is the first overall (female) Purple Ranger of the franchise.
- Morgana is also the first female Ranger whose Japanese counterpart (Rita Kaniska) was of another gender (gender neutral).
