Matthew "Matt" Hillard Oliver is the youngest son and last child of Tommy Oliver and Katherine Hillard-Oliver and the younger brother of Sam Oliver, J.J. Oliver, and Debbie Oliver.

Backstory[]
Matthew Oliver was born the youngest son and child of Tommy Oliver and Katherine Hillard-Oliver about a year after his older sister Debbie Oliver and 2 years after his other older siblings Sam Oliver and J.J. Oliver. He was named after a colleague of his father, Matthew Cook, who died saving Tommy's life during the lab accident that destroyed their lab. Growing up in Reefside, the Oliver siblings and their parents would experience frequent visits in the Oliver siblings' childhood by their "uncle" Jason Lee Scott and his son Corey Scott. While not as close to Corey as their older siblings, Matthew and Debbie still often played with Corey during these visits. Matthew and Debbie wouldn't realize that Jason wasn't actually their uncle until they turned eleven and twelve, respectively.
